The Salina Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business Hall of Fame is proud to announce the seven prominent Salina business leaders who will be inducted into the 2026 class. The inductees are Nathan Butcher, representing the Historic Category (1946–1999); and Rob Exline; the Hemmer Siblings - Katie Platten, Tom Hemmer, Joe Hemmer, Matt Hemmer, and Phil Hemmer - representing the Contemporary Category (2000–Present). The Salina Business Hall of Fame taskforce will also be recognizing an emerging entrepreneur in our community with the Spirit of Salina award. This is the 5th year for this award to be given to an awardee that represents the "best of the best" in terms of overcoming obstacles, believing in their dreams, taking risks, and persisting as a small business owner. They embody an entrepreneurial spirit - the entrepreneurial spirit of Salina. This awardee will be named during the Business Hall of Fame induction ceremony! The induction ceremony will be held Tuesday, November 10th, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., at the Salina Country Club. |
