As a direct result of a Leadership Salina 2021 group project, the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to a 1-day immersive board service training program designed to provide access, development, training, and education on the expectations of serving on a board. Springboard participants will learn typical board responsibilities, governance, procedures, ways to support the executive director and discuss how they respond to specific board scenarios.
