The acquirer is Halifax, a US-based Private Equity organization, headquartered in Washington, DC. Halifax is an investor in multiple Health and Wellness companies as well as franchise networks. In the last 25 years we’ve already brought joy to the lives of tens of thousands of seniors and their families. Now we turn our focus to the next 25 years as this acquisition brings the opportunity for even more growth and positive advancement for us in the Homecare industry.
